Delivery Policy for ONLINE RETAIL ORDERS ONLY

Upon payment of items online through our website, the goods are prepared for shipment.

For orders received before 13.00 AEST Monday to Friday, we will endeavour to ship your order the same day, if not the next business day. For time sensitive items like drug testing kits, we prefer not shipping your orders on a Friday as we don’t want to expose your order to unnecessary heat over the weekend. This is naturally applicable during summer months.

Depending on where you are based, delivery time is typically 1 – 2 days to Australian Metropolitan areas and up to seven days if you are far away from us. If you want an exact estimate, call us or send an email to support@apacsecurity.com to find out more.

Delivery charges for your order are calculated via a freight calculator as part of the online shopping process.

Any changes / cancellations to an online order which has already been submitted and paid for, should be made in person via phone call to APAC Security.

If goods are still in office, and freight forwarders have not picked up the shipment, arrangements can be made such that the order can be edited. Good to be repacked accordingly and sent out at the next nearest possibility.

If goods have already been picked up by the freight forwarder, the next stage of order adjustment can only be done after the goods have been received at your end. In this case, there might be delivery charges for getting the goods sent back to us.

Returns Policy for ONLINE RETAIL ORDERS ONLY

So you bought something from us and it’s not quite what you had in mind? That’s fine! You have 30 days to return your purchase for a full refund, as long as the product is in unused and resalable condition.

It’s important that you’re pleased with your APAC purchase. If you’re not totally satisfied, or simply just change your mind, you can return your products within 30 days. We will give you a full refund of the price of the goods that are returned with proof of purchase and the packaging intact.

You can either deliver back the order yourself or contact us to arrange for a pick up. In this case we will deduct the freight charges from your purchase.

We will refund you by the same method as your original payment for products. You can return any product as long as it’s in unused and resalable condition. If the returns criteria are not fully met, we may refuse the return.
